Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 8-45 days dependent on the product. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our suppliers - from various different factories including Europe, United States and China.

What shipping couriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

I need to return my product what should I do?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email at directly Here and we’ll take you through the process.

I have ordered multiple items, however, I have only received one or some are missing

Sometimes we ship are parcels separately to reduce the costs of shipping we source from various different factories in Europe and United States. You will have multiple tracking numbers, if two weeks has passed since receiving the first and we have not given you your tracking number please contact us Here and we will be able to provide an update.

I require a longer suspension wire / chain for my lighting can you create custom heights?

Please leave a cart note with your order with the required height adjustment via the chain / wire and we will create custom heights around your needs.

What is the Dimmable variant?

The dimmable variant allows for the choice of three colors. Cool white, warm white and natural white and can be dimmed via a remote control which is provided, some models have a phone app./p>
